there is a bald spot under his wing. its not really too big... why is it there? what should i do? the cockatiel is free to fly around the house

Can someone please help me find sources where I can read about the stories and lives told from seniors / elderly people's perspective? I'm looking for a site or source where I can read about what the elderly have to say or wrote about various topics like: how they view the changing world in their lifetime, fears of dying or aging, or other fears or worries about how aging has changed everything they once thought would always be is now not etc.....i'm not looking so much for health articles about medical conditions but more so mental outlook and emotional health -- how to cope with maybe the sense of "loss" or "regret" or "loneliness" or "bitterness" due to aging.

Hey, Im 28 weeks pregnant, 18 and at college. I get really bad back ache and like dont like standing for along time or one time I was sitting on the floor and i struggled getting up. I feel kind of pratonised by my tutors though because I know they have all had babies before and I feel like if I complain then there like oh you'll live. And its like next week we have got to walk to the uni which is just over a mile away, so not very far but at the weekend me and my boyfriend decided to walk into town - not drive :) and I had to sit down half way because the bottom of my stomach started to hurt and i was getting out of breath! I think Im just generally unfit as it is, but I dont want to say anything to my tutors about it or complain about having to walk there and I dont want to make a fuss and say that I need to slow down because I know that they have been pregnant before and its like there looking down at me kinda thing...
