fat, chubby, etc.. but at the same time, I'd like to know the opinions of people who aren't my friends and family... so is 123 pounds big for a 5'3 14 year old girl? I see and hear of girl who are way older than me, and are skinnier.. so that's why I'm asking this question.

I keep on getting made fun of for my weight for some reason by this girl i dont even know at school. I would walk past her and her and her friends would laugh quietly while staring at me. I try to ignore it but its getting very out of hand. So i went to the docters to check if i was overweight and i was comepletly healthy and i have a flat stomach. Whats this girls problem?

Alright. I'm a girl, by the way, in case this isn't evident. See, I was sitting outside a few weeks ago under my awesome new umbrella, writing something down in this notepad thingie, when this random boy walks over and sits down almost right freaking next to me. Considering I've never met this boy before in my life and he doesn't even live in the same building in the apartment complex, this is kind of weird. So anyway, he takes out this pen from who knows where and starts writing on his hand. Every few seconds or so, he'll glance at me and squint, then get back to writing on himself. I'm asking myself what the hell is going on right now and I'm about to ask him what he's doing when he taps my shoulder and shoves his arm in my face and tells me to read it. He was describing me. He'd written down what I was wearing, what I was doing, my facial expressions, everything. He even got the colours and patterns of my socks and gloves and bracelets and everything else, including my cool umbrella. And then at the end, he's got something like, "She was an unusual sight in the world of tan and brick of the apartment complex, as though she didn't belong and was from a far better place." When I pull back when I'm finished reading, he just gets up and leaves. The next day, I tackle/body slammed him and supposedly hurt his ankle. Anyway, I tried to carry him back to his building because he's an awful scrawny boy. I dropped him every few feet, but he deserved it. We exchanged names. Now, a few minutes ago he was walking past my window. At midnight. And that wouldn't be so bad, if he hadn't hurried over to stand in front of it when I wasn't looking, then scaring me half to death when I look again. All he does is wave at me and tap the window. I'd have let him in, except there's a screen on my window. This doesn't freak me out, don't get me wrong. It's just unusual and I'm not sure what he's after, what with the random approach and odd way of saying hi. I'll be fourteen in late May and he's nearly fifteen, and I know this doesn't generally happen, so I'm sort of lost as to what he wants.

Just finishing an update reno. on our house because we were planning on selling. Will be about 1 month until finished. Financial analysts on every news program I've watched for the past 2 days are saying this .6% hike in interest rates and the fact that houses are priced at about 25% more than they are worth is going to crash real estate market, Do not sell now you will lose your shirt is the gist of it. Is it really as bad as financial guys are saying? I know house prices skyrocketed a few years ago and have just started to level out in the past year. .6% does not seem like alot to me but as far as financial markets, interest rates etc. I am pretty much lost. Well actually I have no understanding of the markets at all hard as I try to grasp it. Are analysts overreacting? O r should a person actually reconsider selling? We have already been pre-approved for a mortgage about 5 weeks ago so do I need to go back and re-apply or something. If someone can tell me really how this will affect prospective sellers please help. I am totally freaking out and obsessing about this. My husband says this won't make any difference to us and I am worried about nothing. Is he right?
