[ Dogs ] Open Question : My Australian Terrier mix is having a hard time to poop. What should I do?

I have medium sized Australian Terrier mix she is 2 years old and the last couple of days she is struggling to poop and the poop ends up being stuck to her butt. She is eating fine and always has water. I dont have money to take her to the vet so is there anything else I should watch out for in case its something worse? Also what can I feed her to help her poop easier? ~Thank you

about a week ago i noticed my tooth starting to darken. i was at the orthodontist today and my orthodontist mentioned it to me. she says my nerve may be dying and i might have to have a root canal. i have an appointment with my dentist in exactly a week but i'm worried that my tooth is going to get infection before i can save it. how long does it usually take for a tooth to get infected?
