i have a sore wrist. i woke up this morning and it was terribly sore. last night it was fine. i havent booked in to see the doctor for reasons. so please tell me what it might be. i had to take a shopping basket of tea towels up to the laundry mat for my mums work and i couldnt carry it with the sore hand or even hold it... please help its killing me.
