Why Are You Letting Chronic Pain Win?

In your battle with chronic pain, why is it you’ve been coming up on the short end of things?

  1. Attitude –Your most important weapon in the fight is trying your best to keep a positive attitude. Sure, this can be rather difficult to do given the circumstances you are dealing with. That said the right attitude can make quite a difference. So, if you’re getting down more days than not, find ways to change this attitude you have. Look for things that make you happy. It can be being around family and friends. It might mean doing an activity that puts a smile on your face. No matter what it takes to get and stay positive, be sure you have the right attitude in this fight.
  2. Treatments – What type of treatments have you been using in efforts to quell the chronic pain? Did you venture into the world of herbal remedies?
